Caitlin Clark She came to the WNBA in style when she showed up for the draft on Monday, April 15th. Before she was drafted by the Indiana Fever, 22-year-old Caitlin showed up to the ceremony in a beautiful white Prada outfit with some sparkle. She wore a jacket and matching skirt for the occasion before it was announced which team she would be playing for.

This was the first time Prada dressed an athlete for the WNBA or NBA draft People. In addition to the Prada outfit, Caitlin also carried a small black handbag. She wore black heels and pink square sunglasses. She smiled as she posed for the design at the Brooklyn Academy of Music in New York City. After arriving in style, Caitlin was initially selected by the Indiana Fever, where she will play her first season in the WNBA.

Before being picked up by Indiana, Caitlin talked about how excited she was to join the league. “This is a dream, I wrote it on a piece of paper when I was about in second grade. Get a basketball scholarship. Play in the WNBA. “It’s something I’ve always wanted to do,” she said in an interview.

Caitlin rose to fame as an NCAA player and turned heads in the women's March Madness tournament as a point guard for the University of Iowa Hawkeyes. Unfortunately, the team failed in the 2024 tournament, losing to the University of South Carolina in their final game in early April. After she was selected, Indiana shared one photo as she holds up a jersey on Instagram. “Make it official,” the team wrote.

Before the draft, a fan asked Caitlin's boyfriend Connor McCaffrey how he reacted to her outfit X (formerly Twitter). He simply used three emojis, including a drooling face and a gorgeous face. The new WNBA player responded with a teary-eyed emoji.
