NO, King Charles III is not dead!

Buckingham Palace has denied reports that His Majesty died on Monday after several Russian media outlets spread the fake news! Many mainstream Russian publications and popular pro-Kremlin publications telegram The channels were apparently deceived by an “announcement” that supposedly came from Buckingham Palacewho explained:

“The following announcement is made by Royal Communications. The king died unexpectedly yesterday afternoon.”

The letter, now widely circulated, was dated “Monday, March 18, 2024” and bore the palace seal at the top. However, it was NOT released on ANY official royal channel.

The Telegram account mashwhich has 2.27 million subscribers, was one of the first to share the shocking news New York Post. They wrote in a caption:

The British King Charles III. has died, reports Buckingham Palace. The son of [Queen] Elizabeth II ascended the throne less than a year ago – the coronation took place on May 6, 2023. He was 75 years old.”

sputnik, RIA NovostiAnd Readkovka Everyone followed him and quoted the same fake letter. Obviously that affected AF – and it wasn't true! The palace was quickly forced to speak out and deny the death reports. They issued a statement to the Russian state news agency TASSinsist:

“We are pleased to confirm that The King is continuing his official and private business.”

Along with the other outlets that were hasty, mash Updated readers say:

“Abort, we spoke too soon, the announcement turned out to be fake. Let us remember that a few months ago he was diagnosed with cancer and underwent surgery on his prostate.”

The 75-year-old monarch has been being treated for an unspecified form of cancer since January, when he was diagnosed with the disease shortly after prostate surgery. He has largely stayed out of the spotlight since then, but addressed the public last week in a pre-recorded video to mark Commonwealth Day. He is also expected to attend the annual Trooping the Color ceremony in honor of his birthday on June 15, health permitting.

While such a false rumor would definitely be problematic, it is increasingly being scrutinized by the entire family Princess Catherine has also recovered from unexplained abdominal surgery. Conspiracy theories have been circulating recently as people try to figure out what's going on with the Princess of Wales, especially after she posted a heavily photoshopped image and raised questions about her health and whereabouts. However, on Monday a video appeared showing her happy and well with her prince, putting to rest at least most, if not all, of the speculation. With so much up in the air with the family, fake viral reports that the King had died were the LAST thing the British needed! No wonder they shut it down so quickly!
